Trisha, originally from Chicago, has been doing hair since 2002. After school at Aveda Institute she did a two year training program with Sine Qua Non Salons in Lincoln Park. She then went into the Bumble and Bumble training program teaching in Chicago and working fashion week in New York. Trisha also has been doing makeup for the same amount of time and worked weddings, advertisements, film and photo shoots. That’s where the love of makeup and hair started. She loves her clients and knows everyone is unique in their own way and that goes for haircuts and color. Trisha loves to give everyone the cut and color that fits them as individuals.  Long diffused layers, natural highlights, classic haircuts with a modern twist, and just easy beautiful hair. Trisha also has just completed her certification in Permanent Makeup. She loves to bring eyebrows back to life, give depth and enhancement to lashes and fill in lips!

I have been at the bedside for 25 years.  Starting out, I trained with plastic surgeons and fell in love with anatomy and physiology.  I later transitioned into trauma and became a Nurse Educator.  I spent years teaching in the hospital and private office settings while also being at the bedside. Both have always been such a joy for me. I now teach aesthetics to new practitioners. 

When I'm not in the office, I'm studying to obtain my NP and busy with three amazing kids!  If free time ever comes along, I love surfing and rock climbing because it brings me close to nature and centers me.  

   It gives me incredible joy each day to be part of my patient's lives and give them the time and energy they deserve. I absolutely love what I do and the excitement of watching tired eyes refresh and wrinkles fade away while maintaining a natural look.

Although I will start small this year, I'm inspired to grow into a powerful resource for my patients and offer innovative treatments that consider the whole person. So many of you have encouraged me with your own stories and I'm looking forward to the journey.

Hi, I’m Christina Nelson. My mission in life is to be a force of positive energy.

I have been in the hair industry for over 25+ years. I began my career working on location as a hair and make-artist for weddings, followed by television, fashion shows and photo shoots. I have worked with Top Stylists  and taught along side leading industry educators, although my greatest satisfaction comes from the deep connections I feel with my clients and the instant gratification when I’ve created a style they love. I like getting to know my clients unique personalities, lifestyle, and daily habits to construct a style that works for them and helps them feel their absolute best.

I come from  a long line of artists. This inherit gift translates into every facet of my life. I specialize in color, pattern and have a keen eye for detail. I draw my greatest source of inspiration from nature. There is something about the ever changing, ever evolving forms of life that keep me in the state of awe. I enjoy painting, photography, Art, literature and textiles.

Traveling is another great passion for me. I love being immersed in different cultures and learning about people from around the world.

 I'm a Colorado native and a master stylist that has specialized in men and women's hair for over 15 years now. I truly enjoy the strong connections with my clients, and helping them express themselves through their appearance! This year I decided it was time for a new adventure at Image Studios. I've created a laid back garage-vibe, just like what I grew up around! Classic cars, rock n' roll, and banter is my thing.. so swing by for a clean up and a hot lather neck shave!

A Wisconsin girl at heart, I moved to Colorado in 2016 to pursue my Masters Degree in Art Therapy. Four months after completing my degree, I began my journey into tattooing throughout different shops in Boulder County. It didn’t take me very long to recognize that the traditional tattoo shop atmosphere just wasn’t aligning with my personal goals or what I think a tattoo experience could be like.

Having a private studio now is such a breath of fresh air. The decision and process of getting a new tattoo can be intimidating, at every stage; reaching out, going into a shop, exposing a part of your body. Trust me I get it. It is a permanent alteration of your external expression, and you deserve to have that experience be handled with care. I keep a trauma-informed lens in mind throughout the process and it is important for me to emphasize that all bodies are worthy of a good tattoo.

I have been in the hair industry for 38 year and an Aveda Salon owner for 30 of those years.
